Our Vision
We aim to modernize public and private institutions in Haiti by strengthening their capacity to provide efficient and accessible services. By promoting digitalization and good governance, HaitiGouvernance aspires to become a key player in digital transformation and exemplary management practices.
We offer three (3) essential elements for Good Governance:
- A Structured Organization Compliant with Applicable Laws and Regulations.
- Extraction of the Mission and Main Activities from the texts of laws and/or regulations.
- Analysis and determination of performance indicators
- Tools Adapted to the Mission of the Relevant Institution.
- Implementation of an Appropriate Management Information System
- Trained and Competent Human Resources (with our certification programs).
- Theoretical Training on Organization and Practical Training on Tools.

- Online training covering 80% of the curriculum, tailored to the constraints of professionals.

Our continuing education programs
Spread over a few weeks or months, our programs are designed for current agents and executives in the public and private sectors, as well as to prepare future leaders. We particularly target university students, entrepreneurs, members of political parties, and the Haitian diaspora, who aspire to play a key role in the institutional and organizational transformation of the country.
In collaboration with local and international partners, HaitiGouvernance aims to create a lasting impact on governance and institutional management in Haiti, promoting a modern and efficient ecosystem in both public institutions and private organizations.
